The key to my heart!

Or rather the key to my imaginary country house!  I came across this Georgian(?) iron key and decided to frame it,  a gorgeous and huge key.......although I would rather have a Tudor home than a Georgian home!  Quaint and thatched and surrounded by roses and the obligatory white picket fence!!

I tried my hand at 'prettying' up the other picture,  but am not satisfied with either of them yet.... maybe a little lace around the key? ......watch this space!

Have a wonderful week

  6. Hello Jacqui~
I just noticed that you were my new follower so I went to check you out. I love your blog and immediately became a follower to you. It is an admiration society! Your blog speaks of all things precious to my heart. Keys..cottages..I spent my life finding and remodeling my "cottage" which is really much more than a cottage. I call it "Woodloft" Hope you will go to my side bar and check out my class in sculpture and view the video of Woodloft under Accommodations. As I said..I spent a lifetime creating my "cottage" I know you will have the same one day..hold on..it will be yours.

    Warm Wishes
